Dr Edina Avdovi\u0107 i dr Du\u0161an Dimi\u0107 u\u010destvovali su na 17. Konferenciji osnovnih i primenjenih aspekata fizi\u010dke hemije „Physical Chemistry 2024“, odr\u017eanoj u Beogradu od 23. do 27. septembra. Tom prilikom predstavili su rad u kome su analizirali antioksidativnu aktivnost ekstrakta poko\u017eica gro\u017e\u0111a iz \u0160umadije. Za dobijanje ekstrakta kori\u0161\u0107ena je metoda ultrazvu\u010dne ekstrakcije u 50% etanolu, koja je izabrana zbog primene principa zelene hemije. Ovaj pristup omogu\u0107ava efikasnu ekstrakciju kori\u0161\u0107enjem ekolo\u0161ki prihvatljivih rastvara\u010da i minimizacijom energetske potro\u0161nje. Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo zna\u010dajan antioksidativni potencijal ekstrakta poko\u017eica, \u0161to ukazuje na njihovu mogu\u0107u primenu u farmaceutskoj i prehrambenoj industriji. Poseban zna\u010daj rada ogleda se u njegovoj relevantnosti za cirkularnu ekonomiju i kori\u0161\u0107enje biootpada, jer poko\u017eice gro\u017e\u0111a predstavljaju nusproizvod vinske industrije. Tako\u0111e, rad je podstakao diskusiju o odr\u017eivim pristupima u proizvodnji funkcionalnih sastojaka. U nastavku istra\u017eivanja, planirano je da se radi na optimizaciji procesa ekstrakcije kako bi se pove\u0107ala efikasnost dobijanja aktivnih komponenti. Pored toga, istra\u017eivanje \u0107e obuhvatiti ispitivanje sinergijskog efekta izme\u0111u ekstrakata poko\u017eica i drugih komponenti prirodnog porekla. Cilj je da se razviju proizvodi sa pobolj\u0161anim antioksidativnim svojstvima i potencijalnom primenom u razli\u010ditim industrijama. Rezultati ovog istra\u017eivanja predstavljaju va\u017ean korak ka odr\u017eivom kori\u0161\u0107enju prirodnih resursa i pobolj\u0161anju kvaliteta proizvoda na bazi biljnih ekstrakata. Rad je izazvao veliku pa\u017enju stru\u010dne javnosti i otvorio nove pravce istra\u017eivanja u ovoj oblasti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
