Researchers from the Institute for Information Technologies Kragujevac, the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the University of Kragujevac, and the Faculty of Physical Chemistry at the University of Belgrade, in collaboration with Serbia’s wine industry, are working on projects funded by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia through the PROMIS 2023 and Proof of Concept programs. The lead institution is the Institute for Information Technologies, with Dr. Edina Avdović as the project manager.
These projects are of great importance not only for the Institute itself but also for the academic community and the wine industry, as they encourage the development of science, innovation, and sustainable technologies. The research team believes that the food and pharmaceutical products developed through these projects will find wide and valuable applications in everyday life.
